My favorite (which is no...OMG, I do love Miyazaki. My favorite (which is not on your list) is Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. I think it is my favorite because it's the first I saw. Then Mononoke Hime and then Spirited Away. I saw bits and pieces of Howl's Moving Castle and was also blown away. I recommend all his stories really but Nausicaa is really my all time favorite.
